Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We'll notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following options:

- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day, where available)
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the contiguous United States.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Restrictions At this time, we ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping may be available — please contact us for details.
Damaged or Lost Packages HomeGlow Studio is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your support email] with photos of the damage, and we will work with you to find a resolution.
